Handicap Accessible Restrooms

Portable Restroom Solutions takes pride in providing handicapped-accessible restrooms and sanitation solutions for all types of jobsites and outdoor events.

About Our Rentals

All of our handicap-accessible restrooms utilize a T-Turn option, allowing those with wheelchairs or those with walkers to move about freely within the portable restroom. Our handicapped-accessible restrooms come with heavy-duty brushed aluminum handrails and pneumatic door closers to provide ease and maximum use of our these units. Furthermore we make sure that both units are constructed on flat floors, eliminating the need for bulky ramps.

The Senator

Handicap Accessible Porta Potty

The ideal choice to use when full service, full-compliance restrooms are required. Under ADA guildelines, the T-turn option requires less space than a full-turn radius that resulted in the larger, clumsier ADA-compliant units of the past. The Senator is easier to transport and place than any of its predecessors. The Senator includes full width handrails assemblies that overlap most corners, adding strength and rigidty to the unit. A pneumatic door closer is balanced by a heavy-duty cable spring for comfortable, consistent, and predictable access. A thick polyethylene extrusion floor provides maximum rigidity and near ground-level access.

The Super Senator

The Super Senator unit provides California-ADA compliance in a manageably-sized unit. Boasting a 77 x 77 floor space, the unit meets the more stringent Maryland requirements for handicap accessbility. Other features include heavy-duty aluminum handrails, like those found in many plumbed restrooms, as well as a compliant 40-gallon tank.

The EAU

The Ehnanced Access Unit (EAU) provides convenient access for persons who prefer a large portable restroom, and it has been successfully used by patrons in wheelchairs. Thousands are in service, both in the United States and around the world! The EAU, like its ADA-compliant cousin The Senator, includes full width handrails assemblies that overlap most corners, adding strength and rigidity to the unit. A pneumatic door closer is balanced by a heavy-duty cable spring for comfortable, consistent, and predictable access. A 1/2″ thick polyethylene extrusion floor provides maximum rigidity and near ground-level access.
